Mine Bowl White

The Mine series from Kosta Boda has colors that float like veils of smoke inside the thick glass. The technique used is called glass centrifugation and makes the pattern of each piece unique. The white bowl goes great for everything from snacks to a fresh fruit smoothie. Design by Ulrica Hydman Vallien. Mine is a series of asserted products that are equally suitable for special occasions and enhancing everyday moments. The message is simple: let your home be a place to enjoy, every day. The pieces are manufactured by glass centrifugation, a technique invented in Småland, Sweden, in the early 1950s. When color is added, swirling veils are created inside the glass, where each pattern becomes completely unique. Mine from Kosta Boda, launched in 2002, is available in a black and a white version, and consists of bowls, plates, tumbler glasses and a vase. Care Instructions: Wipe with cloth
