The gorilla invites each viewer to make their own interpretation of its mystifying exterior. That it demands attention is nevertheless indisputable. The glass sculpture My Wide Life (Gabba Gabba Hey) is handmade in Kosta and its opaque blue surface is beautifully reflective. Design by Ludvig Löfgren. Like life itself – at once inscrutable, playful, serious, beautiful – the gorilla sits there, with its rounded shape and arms crossed.
